Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic solid cancer that cannot be removed by surgery, and it has a KRAS G12D mutation
- You have had prior standard treatment (or you cannot receive approved standard treatments) and the study doctor sees little/no further benefit from continuing prior targeted therapy
- You can provide tumor tissue (a biopsy or stored tumor slides) collected before the study drug starts, and possibly another biopsy during treatment
- Imaging shows at least one measurable tumor spot, and you are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–2 depending on the trial part)
- Your last cancer treatment was stopped at least 21 days (or 5 “half-lives,” whichever is shorter) before starting, and any side effects are mostly improved
- If you recently had radiation, it must be at least 14 days ago and you must have recovered from radiation side effects
