Extra sipuleucel-T after Provenge for prostate cancer
This trial tests whether adding one extra infusion of sipuleucel-T (the same drug as Provenge) after the standard three doses can help men with advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy. It is for men who have already finished their three Provenge infusions and have mild or no symptoms.

This trial tests combining an immunotherapy (Sipuleucel-T) with high-dose testosterone to see if it works better for men with castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread.

This trial tests a combination of two treatments for advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone therapy. One treatment is a targeted radiation therapy (177Lu-PSMA-617) and the other is an immunotherapy (sipuleucel-T) that helps your immune system fight the cancer.
