Who can take part
- You have metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (prostate cancer that is growing despite low testosterone levels and has spread to other parts of the body).
- You are at least 18 years old and male.
- You have not had prior treatment with 177Lu-PSMA-617 or sipuleucel-T.
- Your cancer is still growing despite standard hormone therapy, and you have not had certain other cancer treatments within the past 4 weeks.
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are within specific ranges (your doctor can check this with blood tests).
- You are willing to use effective contraception if you have a partner who could become pregnant.
