Who can take part

  • You have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of your body and is no longer responding to hormone therapy.
  • You have not had more than two prior treatments targeting the androgen receptor (like abiraterone or enzalutamide).
  • You have not had chemotherapy for your current cancer stage, unless it was given for earlier stage and progression occurred more than 12 months later.
  • You have not received Sipuleucel-T or high-dose testosterone before.
  • Your PSA level is 20 ng/dL or lower, and you are not using strong narcotics for cancer pain.
  • You are in generally good health (able to perform daily activities) and have adequate organ function.
