Terlipressin or carbetocin shots to reduce bleeding in fibroid surgery
This study compares two different medications given as shots during laparoscopic fibroid (myomectomy) surgery. The goal is to see which shot better reduces blood loss and helps keep hemoglobin (a blood oxygen-carrying protein) from dropping too much.

This trial compares two injected medicines (terlipressin vs carbetocin) given into the uterus during open fibroid (myomectomy) surgery to see which one reduces blood loss and helps maintain hemoglobin. It may help patients by targeting lower bleeding during surgery.

This study tests two medicines (terlipressin and somatostatin) to see how they affect pressure in the portal vein during liver transplant. It may help people with high portal pressure who are getting a right lobe living donor liver transplant.
