TYRA-300 pill for low-grade bladder cancer with FGFR3 change
This study tests an experimental pill called TYRA-300 for people with low-grade bladder cancer that hasn't spread into the muscle layer. The pill targets a specific gene change (FGFR3) found in the tumor. The goal is to see if it can slow or shrink the cancer.
