Testing dabogratinib for low-grade upper tract bladder cancer
This trial tests a new targeted therapy pill, dabogratinib, for people with low-grade upper tract urothelial carcinoma (a type of cancer in the tubes that carry urine from kidneys to bladder). It may be an option if you have tumor tissue left after a biopsy and haven't had certain prior treatments.

Study of TYRA-300 for bladder cancer that has not spread into muscle
This trial tests a new pill, TYRA-300, for people with a certain type of early-stage bladder cancer that has a specific genetic change (FGFR3). The goal is to see if it can help by targeting the cancer cells and possibly avoiding more invasive treatments.
