Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and willing to follow the study plan.
- You have low-grade, non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (Ta or T1) that is considered intermediate risk (e.g., returned within a year, or larger than 3 cm, or multiple tumors).
- Your tumor has a specific change in the FGFR3 gene (called a mutation or fusion).
- You have not had BCG immunotherapy in the past year, or chemotherapy in the bladder within the last 8 weeks.
- You are generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell counts.
- You can swallow pills and are willing to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
