Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 3 and 10 years old.
  • Your child must have a confirmed genetic diagnosis of achondroplasia (the FGFR3 G380R change).
  • Your child's bone growth plates must still be open, as shown by an X-ray.
  • Your child must be able to stand, walk, and take medicine by mouth.
  • Your child cannot have had limb lengthening surgery before or plan to have it during the study.
  • Your child cannot have certain eye conditions or take specific medications that might interfere with the study drug.
