New drug combo for liver cancer after PD-1/PD-L1 treatment fails
This study tests three drugs (visugromab, nivolumab, lenvatinib) compared to a placebo plus lenvatinib for people with liver cancer (HCC) that cannot be removed or has spread, and who have already been treated with a PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor without success. The goal is to see if the combination can help shrink tumors or slow the cancer.
