Who can take part
- Liver cancer that cannot be removed surgically or has spread to other parts of the body
- You have tried only one prior treatment (a PD-1 or PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor) for at least 12 weeks and it stopped working or you could not continue
- You are 18 or older
- You are in reasonably good health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1, and a Child-Pugh liver score of A6 or better)
- No other active cancers, serious heart problems, or inflammatory bowel conditions
