  • Be at least 2 years old (if you have liver disease) or at least 18 years old (if you're a healthy volunteer)
  • Have suspected or confirmed liver disease, or be at risk for liver disease
  • Not have serious medical conditions that would make it hard to stay in the study long-term
  • Be able to give informed consent (understand and agree to participate)
  • For healthy volunteers only: be in good overall health with no chronic diseases
