This study collects blood, urine, and tissue samples from people with lung, esophageal, or other chest cancers to look at cell changes. It does not test a new treatment—instead, it aims to better understand these cancers through research.

Who can take part
- You have a suspicious spot or a confirmed cancer in the lung, esophagus, lining of the lung, chest wall, thymus gland, or a cancer that has spread to the chest from elsewhere in the body.
- You are able to get out of bed and care for yourself (performance status 0, 1, or 2).
- You are willing to have a standard procedure like a biopsy or surgery to collect tumor and normal tissue samples.
- You agree to give blood and urine samples for research.
- You are 2 years old or older (children under 18 can only join if the tissue collection happens during a needed procedure and adds no extra risk).
- You understand this study and are willing to sign a consent form (or a parent/guardian can do this).
