This study collects lung fluid and tissue (and sometimes nasal or breath samples) to store for future research. It aims to understand lung and airway biology, and you may help by donating samples during a short procedure.

Who can take part
- Age 18 to 75 for the lung procedure, or age 5+ for nasal/breath sample parts
- Be able and willing to sign an informed consent form
- Arrange for someone to drive you home after the procedure
- Follow the eating/drinking rule (no food or drink for 6 hours before and 2 hours after)
- Be willing to donate blood and respiratory samples to be stored for future research
- Have screening tests that do not show major health problems (blood tests, heart tests, and other checks as needed)
