Apheresis for certain immune system gene problems

Who can take part

  • Be age 18 to 40
  • Have one of these diagnoses: DOCK8 deficiency, LAD-1 with low CD18, or GATA2 deficiency
  • Have kidney and liver blood tests within required limits
  • Have enough veins for the procedure, or agree to a temporary central line if needed
  • Be able to sign consent and follow study instructions
  • If you can become pregnant: have a negative urine pregnancy test before starting filgrastim
