Who can take part
- You’re age 18 or older, and you can sign informed consent
- You have suspected or confirmed lung cancer, with a biopsy/cytology report or CT evidence available for the study doctor
- You must not be receiving lung-cancer treatment yet (or all past treatment finished at least 3 months ago)
- You must be able to complete all scans: SPECT/CT, PET/CT, a baseline CT scan, and possibly a follow-up CT scan
- Your overall health status is good enough (ECOG score 2 or less), and your labs are within safe ranges
- If you can become pregnant: you must test negative for pregnancy and use effective birth control during the study
