Who can take part

  • You have a planned surgery to remove a brain tumor, based on MRI or prior tumor biopsy/imaging
  • You can have the required brain MRI before surgery (no MRI safety issues like certain implants)
  • Your general functioning score is high (Karnofsky above 70%)
  • You can participate in consent (you, or a parent/guardian if under 18)
  • If you can become pregnant: you must agree to a pregnancy test and use birth control as required; pregnancy or breastfeeding is not allowed
