Muscle fragment treatment trial for urinary incontinence

Who can take part

  • You are a non-pregnant, non-breast-feeding adult woman (ages 18–75), using effective birth control if sexually active
  • You have urinary incontinence from sphincter weakness (including stress urinary incontinence or a related inherited condition) and a history of primary incontinence
  • Your bladder test shows bladder capacity over 100 ml (your bladder can hold more than about a cup)
  • Your kidney function is normal, and you do not have certain bladder conditions like infection, overactive bladder, or poor bladder “compliance”
  • You are not on medicines or supplements that affect urination, and you are not using immune-suppressing medicines or blood-thinning treatments related to bleeding/coagulation disorders
