This trial studies people with fibromuscular dysplasia (FMD) and related conditions to learn what causes them and how they behave over time. You may also be able to join if you are a healthy person matched by age and gender to help compare results.

Who can take part
- You (or your parent/guardian if under 18) are willing and able to sign consent
- You can speak English or Spanish
- If you have FMD, SCAD, or CvAD: you must have a clinician’s diagnosis that meets standard criteria
- If you are a healthy control: you must have no signs of FMD/SCAD/CvAD and no major ongoing illness that affects daily life
- You should not have other major vascular diseases besides FMD/SCAD/CvAD
- You should not have conditions like active autoimmune disease, HIV, illegal drug use, or planned/previous organ or blood stem cell transplant
