- Your baby was born preterm (before 37 weeks) or at term (after 37 weeks)
- Your baby is currently stable (not needing immediate major changes in care)
- Your baby was not born before 24 weeks of pregnancy
- Your baby weighs at least 600 grams
- Your baby does not have certain birth defects affecting the urine/genital or digestive systems
