  • You are at least 18 years old and can give written consent
  • You currently have a reason doctors suspect a clot (in lung or leg) or you were found to have a clot by chance
  • Your situation fits one of these groups: suspected PE, suspected DVT without symptoms of PE, or an incidental (unexpected) VTE finding
  • You do not need a specific treatment—this is a follow-up study based on your current diagnosis/testing
