Who can take part
- You’re an adult (18 or older) with follicular lymphoma diagnosed within the last 12 months
- Your lymphoma is stage III or IV and you have not been treated for it yet
- You have one lymph node that doctors can remove for biopsy (about 1 cm or bigger) and the tumor is measurable/evaluable after tissue is collected
- You have low cancer burden, such as normal LDH, no very large masses, limited lymph node involvement, and no fluid/organ compression
- You feel well from the cancer (no fever/night sweats called B symptoms, and no severe itching)
- Your blood tests and organ tests are in acceptable ranges (enough white blood cells/platelets/hemoglobin, and kidney/liver tests not too high)
