  • Age 18 to 79 years old
  • Diagnosed with follicular lymphoma (grade 1-3a) that is CD20-positive
  • Cancer has returned or not responded after at least 2 prior treatments, including one with a CD20 antibody
  • At least one measurable tumor on a CT scan
  • Good organ function and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2)
