Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Be willing to sign informed consent
- Have glaucoma, have glaucoma surgery scheduled (like trabeculectomy), or have an eye procedure scheduled (like ocriplasmin)
- Or be a healthy volunteer with no related eye problems
- Do not have had a vitrectomy (a prior surgery that removes gel from the eye)
- Do not have a history of diabetes or retinal vessel blockage (retinal vessel occlusion)
