- You have glaucoma (open or closed angle) or a related type caused by pigment or flaking material.
- You have high eye pressure (22 mmHg or higher) with no vision loss or nerve damage.
- If you are a healthy volunteer, your eye pressure must be below 21 mmHg and you must have no nerve damage.
- You are over 18 years old.
