Who can take part
- You can understand the study and sign consent for it
- You’re either a healthy volunteer or have one of these eye conditions: glaucoma/glaucoma suspect, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, or central serous chorioretinopathy
- If you’re joining the Alzheimer’s (AD) sub-study, you must be diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or mild cognitive impairment (MCI)
- You should not have other health problems that affect vision tests (like prior stroke) or eye measurements (retinal thickness) besides glaucoma
- Your eyes must be able to see and focus clearly: no strabismus, nystagmus, or anything blocking the view of the back of the eye
- You should not have had major eye trauma or intraocular surgery recently (except routine glaucoma procedures or cataract surgery done at least 3 months ago)
