Who can take part
- You have a confirmed cancer diagnosis from tissue or fluid test results
- Your tumor is large (bigger than 8 cm) or is known to be hard to treat with radiation, or you previously had palliative radiation that required more than one treatment
- Your planned palliative radiation will treat one of these areas: arms/legs, neck, chest, abdomen, or pelvis
- Your general ability to function is fairly good (WHO performance status 0 to 2) and you’re 18 or older
- You can understand and sign the study consent form
