Who can take part
- You are 18 or older, and you (or your legal representative) can understand and sign consent
- Your cancer is liver cancer that cannot be fully removed with surgery or transplant, or it has spread
- Your liver function is in an acceptable range (Child-Pugh A to B7) and you meet blood/lab limits
- Your strength/ability to do daily activities is good (ECOG 0 to 1)
- If you have hepatitis, it’s allowed if it’s stable enough to meet the study’s other requirements
- You’re not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to birth-control rules during and after the study
