This trial looks at how inherited risk (family history or gene findings) relates to screening and treatment for prostate cancer. If you qualify, you may be offered prostate screening tests and follow-up to see how well risk information predicts next steps.

Who can take part
- You are a man age 40 to 69.
- You have higher prostate cancer risk by one of these: strong family history, Black African/Black African-Caribbean ancestry (both parents and all grandparents), or a known inherited gene mutation or very high genetic risk score.
- You have no prostate cancer diagnosis in the past.
- You have not had a prostate biopsy with a negative result in the last year.
- You can safely do study tests, including MRI (no MRI-incompatible implants/clips, etc.) and prostate biopsy risk is acceptable (your medicines and health conditions must make bleeding risk manageable).
- Your health and situation allow you to attend follow-ups; significant mental health issues that could worsen with the study are not allowed.
