This study tries to personalize prostate cancer care by matching treatment decisions to a person’s specific risk profile. You might be able to join if you have certain types of prostate cancer or a strong family history and meet health-function requirements.

Who can take part
- You must be either: diagnosed with prostate cancer and meet age/cancer-risk criteria, or belong to the completed “unaffected” family-history group (not recruiting).
- If you have prostate cancer and are under 60, you may be eligible.
- If you have metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (cancer that keeps growing despite hormone treatment), you may be eligible at any age.
- If you have aggressive prostate cancer with Gleason 4+4 or higher and are under 70, you may be eligible.
- You must have a family history that fits one of these: 3+ affected relatives on the same side of the family at any ages (first- or second-degree relatives).
- Your overall day-to-day functioning must be better than “WHO performance status 4.”
