This study checks how well the LUM Imaging System can detect cancers of the esophagus, colon, or pancreas during the time you are preparing for surgery. It’s mainly meant to see if the scan works safely and clearly for doctors to find cancer areas.

Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of esophageal, colorectal, or pancreatic adenocarcinoma (or certain related abnormal growths) from a biopsy or cytology, and you are scheduled for surgery (including some endoscopy-based removals).
  • You must be 18 years or older and able to follow study instructions.
  • You must be medically healthy enough for surgery or an endoscopic procedure and meet blood-test targets (white blood cells, neutrophils, and platelets).
  • You must have heart rhythm (QTc) within limits and your blood pressure must not be dangerously high.
  • If you can become pregnant, you must use reliable birth control during the study and for 60 days after the imaging medicine is given.
