Who can take part
- You are pregnant with identical twins (monochorionic, diamniotic) affected by TRAP
- TRAP was diagnosed between about 11.6 and 13.6 weeks of pregnancy
- You are at least 18 years old and able to sign consent
- The “pump” twin’s anatomy looks normal (not needing major surgery or expected to die)
- There is no serious maternal health issue or pregnancy danger that would make treatment unsafe
- Treatment access is possible (the doctor can reach the non-working twin for procedures)
