Who can take part

  • You are pregnant with identical twins sharing a single placenta (monochorionic, single placenta).
  • The twin receiving extra fluid has too much amniotic fluid (high fluid pocket measurements).
  • The twin giving away fluid has too little amniotic fluid (low fluid pocket measurements).
  • On ultrasound, one twin has a working bladder, and the other twin’s bladder is not filling.
  • The pregnancy has a thin dividing membrane between the twins.
