  • You’re 18 years old or older
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of lung cancer (NSCLC or SCLC)
  • You can sign consent and complete questionnaires about how you feel
  • You can enroll within 4 weeks of starting your first cancer treatment, or within 4 weeks of diagnosis if you’re only getting comfort care
  • Your cancer stage matches what the study is enrolling (for example, stage IIIB/C or IV for advanced NSCLC, or earlier stages for some NSCLC patients)
