Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has either spread or is at an early stage (stage II/III) and can be operated on.
- For one group, your tumor must have a specific genetic change (like EGFR, ALK, KRAS, or others) and you are about to start a targeted therapy or certain newer drugs.
- For another group, you are about to receive a type of immunotherapy (called a checkpoint inhibitor) before surgery.
- You must be well enough to have blood drawn and possibly a tissue sample taken, and you must agree to regular follow-up visits.
