  • You are an adult (18 or older) receiving regular maintenance hemodialysis
  • Your dialysis unit mainly treats in-center patients (not mainly home dialysis support)
  • Your unit uses a standard (default) dialysis fluid salt level for most sessions
  • The unit agrees to assign patients to one of the two sodium levels being tested
  • The study team at your unit can reliably collect the required study data
