Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 40 weeks pregnant
- You are either in a healthy pregnancy or have a reason to check fetal/placental health
- For the 15-minute extra scan: your regular clinical fetal MRI must be at Boston Children’s Hospital
- You must be able to have an MRI safely (no MRI-incompatible metal or devices)
- You should be able to tolerate being in the MRI machine (not severely claustrophobic)
- You must be medically well enough to safely do an MRI
