- You have a family history of polycystic kidney disease (or you are a healthy volunteer with no such family history)
- You are an adult and can give written consent
- Your kidney filtering test (GFR) is normal (about above 80)
- You do not have diabetes that isn’t insulin-dependent or insulin-dependent diabetes
- You can have MRI and complete required blood and urine sample collection
- You do not have serious whole-body illnesses such as lupus or vasculitis
