Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) through imaging or genetic testing.
  • Your kidney function (GFR) is at least 25 (mild to moderate kidney disease).
  • You have signs that your kidney disease may progress quickly, such as certain Mayo imaging classes or other high-risk features.
  • You have not changed any medications in the past 3 months.
  • You are willing and able to follow the ketogenic diet closely.
