Who can take part

  • Be age 18 or older (male or female).
  • Have an EGPA diagnosis for at least 6 months.
  • Have EGPA supported by asthma plus high eosinophils (a type of white blood cell) and at least two other EGPA features (like nerve problems, sinus issues, lung findings, heart muscle involvement, kidney inflammation, skin rash, or ANCA-positive tests).
  • Use stable medicines for a set time: prednisone/prednisolone at 5 mg or more daily for at least 4 weeks, and other immune medicines at a steady dose for at least 4 weeks (if applicable).
  • If you recently used cyclophosphamide (CYC), it must be stopped for a required amount of time before starting, and blood counts must meet a threshold.
  • If you can become pregnant: use reliable birth control during the trial and for 4 months after, and agree to pregnancy testing.
