- You have been diagnosed with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer
- Your overall functioning is good (ECOG 0–1)
- You are expected to live more than 12 weeks
- You can receive either chemotherapy or a targeted pill (tyrosine kinase inhibitor)
- Your recent heart tracing (ECG) did not show a heart rhythm problem (arrhythmia)
- You can attend treatment sessions in Mexico City (or you live there)
