Who can take part
- You have diabetes type 1 or type 2, and it must meet standard ADA diabetes criteria
- You are an adult and can give informed consent (or have a process to consent, if applicable)
- You must be able and willing to fully follow study visits and instructions at a study site

- You do not have kidney failure requiring long-term dialysis or a kidney transplant
