Who can take part
- You are age 50 or older when you sign consent
- You have a thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm that reaches no farther up than the left collarbone artery
- Your aneurysm is large or otherwise considered high risk to rupture
- A specialist believes you are high risk for open surgery
- You cannot use a standard FDA-approved endovascular graft for your situation
- You can attend follow-up visits and expect to live more than 2 years for reasons unrelated to the aneurysm
