Who can take part
- You have an aortic or aortoiliac aneurysm that is at least 5.5 cm wide, or it has grown about 1 cm per year or is causing symptoms
- Standard, approved endograft options cannot be used for your specific blood vessel shape
- You are at high risk for open surgery, or your case is unsafe to wait for a standard device
- You are at least 18 years old, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You can attend follow-up visits for up to 5 years and agree to informed consent
- You do not have infection, serious metal/contrast allergies, or an illness expected to cause death within about 2 years
