Who can take part
- You must have confirmed colon cancer that is adenocarcinoma.
- Your cancer must be stage III and have been fully removed by surgery (R0).
- There should be no remaining cancer in lymph nodes and no spread to other organs when you enroll.
- You must be age 18 or older, and able to understand and sign consent and fill out study questionnaires.
- Your general health (ECOG) must be 0 or 1, and lab tests must be in safe ranges for blood counts and liver/kidney function.
- If you could become pregnant or father a child, you must use effective birth control during the study.
