Who can take part
- You have high-risk stage III colon adenocarcinoma (pT4N1 or any T with N2).
- Your colon tumor was fully removed with surgery (R0 resection) within 60 days.
- No distant spread (no metastasis) and no need for radiation because of middle/lower rectal cancer.
- You are able to take chemotherapy: blood counts and liver/kidney tests are high enough.
