Who can take part
- Your program must see at least 150 new (not repeated) patients per year at your site
- Your program must agree to track who is offered HIV or hepatitis C tests, who completes them, and what happens after positive results
- If someone tests positive, the program must be able to link them to care or evaluation within 30 days
- Your program must be able to share overall patient demographics (group totals) and details about how testing gets paid for and billed
- Key staff must be willing to join study surveys, interviews, and coaching during the study
