Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 70 years old
- You already had breast cancer surgery, and the cancer type was confirmed under the microscope
- You had no prior treatment for breast cancer before the operation
- Your breast cancer is HER2-negative, and it is either triple-negative or HR-positive with specific higher-risk features (lymph node involvement and/or larger tumor and/or high growth rate)
- You can do usual daily activities (performance status 0–1) and your blood, liver, and kidney tests are in acceptable ranges
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you have no major nerve problems or other serious illnesses that would make chemotherapy unsafe
