Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older, with breast cancer confirmed by biopsy or blood/tumor sample
- Your cancer is stage I to III and has not spread to distant organs (M0)
- Your ER, PR, HER2, and Ki-67 tumor tests are known, and your surgery was completed with no remaining visible tumor (R0)
- You can start the add-on treatment within 21 days after surgery, and you have not had paclitaxel before study entry
- You have adequate heart, liver, kidney, and blood counts, and you can do required checkups and lab tests
- If you could get pregnant, you must use reliable birth control and have a negative pregnancy test before starting treatment
