Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have invasive breast cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy.
- Your breast tumor is larger than 2 cm, or has spread to your lymph nodes. If your tumor is 1-2 cm, it must have certain features (like being hormone receptor negative, HER2 positive, or having a high Ki-67 score).
- You are generally in good health, with a performance status of 0 or 1 (able to carry out daily activities without major limitations).
- You have not had a blood clot, stroke, or other serious blood vessel problem in the past 6 months.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are willing to use effective birth control during the study if you could become pregnant.
