Who can take part
- You are 16 years or older
- You were admitted to an ICU for at least 12 hours
- Your ICU stay was for trauma, a medical problem, neurosurgery, or heart surgery
- You (or your legal representative) can give written consent
- You are expected to live more than 48 hours and are not receiving palliative (comfort-focused) care
- You can read and speak Dutch, and you can complete questionnaires (or a family member/legal representative can help)
